| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/12/2016 15:20:29 | Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has informed BSE that Mahindra Agri Solutions Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company ("MASL") has on December 05, 2016 agreed to acquire upto 60% of the equity share capital of OFD Holding BV ("OFD), a fruit distribution company based in Netherlands. In view of this, OFD would become a subsidiary of MASL and in turn, of the Company.
The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated September 09, 2015 are given. A press release in this regard is also given. |
