He stated that his resignation is in connection with his retirement from a management role with certain investors in the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company, vide their circular resolution dated August 22, 2014, has taken note of his resignation and placed on record its appreciation for the assistance and guidance provided by Mr. H.H.Haight during his tenure as Director and Chairman of the Board of the Company. |
