1. Board of Directors Approved the change of name of the Company from M/s. Indovation Technologies Limited to M/s. Titan Intech Limited or such other name as may be approved by the office of the Registrar of Companies, Central Registry Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Manesar.
2. The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. P. Subramanya Prasad as Additional Directors of the Company. |
