B. D. Jokhakar & Co., the Statutory Auditors of the Company pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, together with Limited Review Report thereon.
The meeting commenced at 12 noon and concluded at 8.00 pm
We are enclosing herewith the abovementioned results, along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors.
Please note that the attached results are as per the formats prescribed in Schedule III to the Companies Act, 2013 in compliance with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July, 2016.
We shall be uploading the results in XBRL mode on the BSE Listing Centre in due course of time. |
