| Exchange Disseminated Time | DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2013, has approved immediate disinvestment of 16,00,000 equity shares (from a holding of 25,50,000 equity shares) held in its subsidiary, DSK Global Education & Research Pvt. Ltd. Post this disinvestment of 16,00,000 equity shares, DSK Global Education & Research Pvt. Ltd. will cease to be a subsidiary of the Company.
The Board also approved disinvestment of balance 9,50,000 equity shares in tranches, subject to compliance with conditions. |
