| Exchange Disseminated Time | Samtex Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 17, 2015, inter alia, to consider the sub division of equity shares of Rs.10/- each into shares with lower face value.
In this connection as per the Company’s codes of Fair Disclosure & Conduct adopted pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window of the Company will be closed for all insiders as mentioned in the above said code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct of the company with immediate effect and shall be opened 48 hours alter the intimation of outcome of above said Board Meeting to Stock Exchange.
This intimation regarding closure of Trading Window shall be communicated to all the insiders of the Company. |
