| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tata Sons Limited (the "Seller"), the promoter of Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd (the "Company") has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for Sale of an aggregate of 51,623,679 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (the "Sale Shares") representing 2.72% of the equity share capital of the Company, exclusively through the Seller's broker, on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd & NSE Ltd. for this purpose (such sale referred to hereinafter as the "Sale").
The Sale shall take place on the separate window of the Stock Exchanges and shall commence on May 17, 2013 at 9.15 a.m. and shall close the same day at 3.30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date"). |
