| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/10/2016 08:22:25 | MRO-TEK Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for the financial year 2016-17 will be held on November 09, 2016 to consider and approval the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct of Company, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from October 28, 2016 to November 09, 2016 (both days inclusive).
During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Company's shares/securities. |
