| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Tata Global Beverages Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has raised a sum of Rs. 325 crores by the issue of 3% Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures (NCD) by way of private placement. The said NCDs will be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The NCDs are redeemable after a period of three years with redemption premium. |
