The Board has considered him as an Independent Director in terms of the provisions of Section 149 of the Companies Act 2013. Mr. Rohit Jain shall hold office as an Additional Director till the date of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
As required in case of appointment the details are enclosed as per Annexure I attached.
