| Exchange Disseminated Time | Raj Television Network Ltd has informed BSE that the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on September 19, 2014 and the final dividend at the rate of Rs 0.25 paisa per equity share of Rupees 5 paid-up for the year ended March 31, 2014 was approved. The Dividend will be paid to all shareholders on and after September 29, 2014.
