| Exchange Disseminated Time | HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 15, 2013 to June 27, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on June 27, 2013.
Further the Bank has informed that, the electronic credit of the dividend warrants would commence from June 28, 2013 and dispatch of dividend warrants/ pay orders will commence from July 05, 2013 and is expected to be completed by July 08, 2013. |
