Further, pursuant to clause 10 of Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from the closure of business hours of July 30, 2014 to closure of business hours of August 16, 2014. Accordingly, all the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company have been advised not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. |
