| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:
- Issue of securities :
The Board at the aforesaid meeting has, subject to the approval of the members of the Company, also agreed the following proposal
a. issue of securities, in one or more tranches, by way of Qualified Institutional Placement / ADRs / GDRs / FCCBs / FCEBs, etc. to the tune of Rs. 750 crores and / or
b. Issue of non convertible debentures alongwith warrants convertible into equity shares, in one or more tranches, to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers through a Qualified Institutional Placement not exceeding Rs. 500 crores. |
