1. Transfer of Shrimp Processing Business to Avanti Frozen Foods Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Avanti Feeds Limited and
2. Sub division of equity shares of Avanti Feeds Limited.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for insiders of the Company from September 03, 2015 to September 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992. |
