| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/05/2017 19:09:24 | | Tata Coffee Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2017, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 1.75 per share (face value of Re. 1/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2017, which includes a Special Dividend of Re. 0.25 per share, to commemorate the completion of 25 years of a Tata Group Company acquiring controlling interest in Tata Coffee Limited (erstwhile Consolidated Coffee Limited). This dividend, upon approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be paid / dispatched within 30 days from the date of AGM. |
