| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/08/2016 18:20:05 | With reference to the earlier letter dated August 06, 2016, Mafatlal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Shri Vishad P Mafatlal expressed his desire to step aside as Executive Vice-Chairman (whole time director) and Director of the Company and tendered his resignation effective from close of office hours on August 19, 2016.
The Board of Directors of the Company has on August 19, 2016 taken note of the said resignation. Accordingly Shri Vishad P Mafatlal will ceased to be Executive Vice-Chairman (whole time director) as well as Director of the Company with effect from the close of office hours on August 19, 2016. |
