Further, the Board of Directors has also considered and approved in the meeting, the appointment of Mr. Rahul Gupta, as Company Secretary w.e.f., November 14, 2015.
Pursuant to Clause 50(a) of the SME Listing agreement, the Company appoints Mr. Rahul Gupta, Company Secretary of the Company as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f., November 14, 2015. He will be taking over the charge from Mr. Jitendra Sirohia, the existing Compliance officer of the Company. |
