Further, in connection with the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on August 08, 2016 where the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 will be placed before the Board for consideration and approval, the 'Trading Window' pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders will remain closed on and from July 28, 2016 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid financial results. |
