| Exchange Disseminated Time | Transport Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 19, 2014, inter alia, has consider and approve amendment in the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
Further, the Board of Directors has also approved the notice of postal ballot alongwith the calendar of events inter-alia covering the following;
1. Amendment in Clause Il - the Registered Office Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
2. Amendment in Clause Ill - the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
3. Amendment in Clause IV - the Liability Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. |
