"The Unaudited Standalone results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 3163.40 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 where as the same was net loss at Rs. (22383.00) million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. Total Income is Rs. 10543.60 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 7431.70 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
- Previous period / year's figures have been regrouped / reclassified wherever necessary to correspond with the current period's classification.
The figures for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 are not comparable with that for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 primarily on account of the merger as referred in note
4(iv)."

The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of profit of associates of Rs. 3217.10 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 2490.20 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. Total Income is Rs. 18897.10 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 14663.60 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
