Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Board of Directors in its meeting held on 11th January, 2018, have considered and approved the acquisition of majority equity stake in Union Cement Company, UAE. The Company has also today signed the Definitive Agreement in this regard with the sellers.
