"We would like to draw your kind attention towards our pending delisting matter before honorable Supreme Court of India. In this regard, it may please be noted that the Hon’ble Court, at its hearing held on 10th December 2014, dismissed the appeal on merits and granted its permission for the delisting of the Company. It is further stated that "the Order passed by the SAT has to be treated as valid from the date of its passing by the said authority and all concerned shall proceed, keeping the said fact in view, in accordance with law"
The Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the Court Order dated December 10, 2014 (received by the Company on December 18, 2014 through official website of Supreme Court of India). |
