| Exchange Disseminated Time | Aurum Soft Systems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 09, 2014, to consider disposal of assets / investments in shares of Dicetek LLC., Dubai, and Dice Technologies Inc., USA, held by Dicetek (Sing) Pte Limited, Singapore, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurum Soft Systems Limited including closure of operations of the said step down subsidiaries or other appropriate course of action, as may be deemed fit and necessary.
In view of the Board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on April 09, 2014, the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from April 02, 2014 to April 10, 2014 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. |
