| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/07/2016 08:09:20 | | With reference to the earlier letters dated April 12, 2016, June 28, 2016 and June 29, 2016 in relation to the proposed initial public offering of the equity shares of the Company's subsidiary, Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited ("L&T Infotech") (the "Equity Shares"), Larsen & Toubro Ltd has now informed BSE that the Prospectus filed by L&T Infotech with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai, has been approved on July 15, 2016. The Offer comprises of an offer for sale of 17,500,000 Equity Shares by the Company aggregating to Rs. 12,363.75 million (subject to finalisation of Basis of Allotment and as adjusted for discount of Rs. 10 per Equity Share on the Offer Price to Retail Individual Bidders) at the Offer Price of Rs. 710 per Equity Share. |
