| Exchange Disseminated Time | CES Ltd has informed BSE about following details:
1. Pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement and its addendums between CES Limited, Mr. Murali Atluri and Mr. Narendra Mandava, shareholders of CES Global IT Solutions Pvt Ltd (formerly known as Skasthra IT Solutions Pvt Ltd), the Company is in the process of acquiring an additional 4,000 issued and paid up shares, equaling 40% of the equity of CES Global IT Solutions Private Limited (Subsidiary).
2. Pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement and its addendums between CES Limited, Mr. Ramulu Kambalapuram and Mrs. Mamatha Mandadi, shareholders of CES Technology Services Pvt Ltd (formerly Known as Telivo Mananged Services Pvt Ltd), the Company is in the process of acquiring an additional 1,000 issued and paid up shares, equaling 10% of the equity of CES Global IT Solutions Private Limited (Subsidiary).
3. CES USA Inc., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company, has acquired an additional 40 % membership interest in CES Global LLC.
4. CES USA Inc., a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company, has plans to incorporate a company or entity in Ireland shortly to further its business purposes. |
