| Exchange Disseminated Time | T Rajagopala Rao (Authorised Representative for and on behalf of Sushil Pandurang Mantri) has informed BSE that Sushil Pandurang Mantri (the "Seller"), the Promoter of the Company, proposes to sell up to 18,270 Equity Shares (the "Offer Shares") of Marathwada Refractories Ltd of face value of Rs. 10/- each held by him, representing 2.61% of the total paid up equity share capital of the Company as on date (such sale refer to herein after as the "Sale") through stock exchange mechanism.
The Sale shall be undertaken exclusively through Sellers' Broker on a separate window provided by BSE for this purpose.
Date and time of the opening and closing of Sale : The Sale shall take place on the separate window of BSE and shall commence on June 03, 2013 at 9.15 AM and shall close the same day at 3.30 PM IST ("Sale Date") |
