A copy of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company and Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors, M/s Lodha & Co., Chartered Accountants, Kolkata for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 are enclosed herewith.
The Board also decided in terms of the option available under Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that the Company shall not submit to the stock exchange the quarterly/year-to-date consolidated financial results of the Company and its associate.
The Board meeting commenced at 3.00 p.m. and concluded at 4:40 p.m.
