Shrawan Kumar & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai (having FRN: 110221W) as Statutory Auditors of the Company, in place of retiring Auditors under Section 139(2) of the Companies Act, 2013, at the ensuing 33rd Annual General Meeting to hold the office for a period of 5 consecutive years i.e. w.e.f. the conclusion of the ensuing 33rd Annual General Meeting upto the conclusion of 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held for the financial year ending 31st March, 2022, subject to ratification at every Annual General Meeting held thereafter. |
