Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Precision Wires India Limited , the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code will be closed from July 25, 2014 to August 08, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
