LTD. (a Holding Company of Daiwa Steel Tube Industries Co. Ltd, incorporated in Japan), for manufacturing of in-line galvanized tubes.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, this is to intimate that the said Joint Venture Agreement has been executed on 26th September, 2017.
