The Board considered and approved:-
the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 and took the same on record alongwith Review Report by the Company's Auditors. The working of the Company for the quarter was affected due to destocking of the goods by the customers on implementation of GST.
allotment of 400000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 600 per equity share of the Company (including premium of Rs. 590 per equity share)
the proposal of making an application to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd for listing of 91,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.
