| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/02/2017 11:17:10 | Sambhaav Media Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 08, 2017, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/ nine months ended on December 31, 2016.
In this regard, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close, for the Directors and Designated Persons, from February 02, 2017 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall re-open from February 11, 2017. |
