1. Took on record the re-appointment of Mr. Damodar Prasad Sarda as a Whole-Time-Director as a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company under section 196, 197,198 and 203 of Companies Act, 2013 for a further period of three years.
Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the “Trading Window” for trading in the shares of the Company will open from February 02, 2017 for the Directors and Key Management Personnel / Designated Employees / Connected Persons of the Company. |
