| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Nila Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the members of the Compensation Committee of the Employee Stock Option Scheme of the Company "Nila Infrastructures Ltd ESOP - 2014" was held on November 28, 2014, wherein the Committee has granted, in aggregate 11000000 (One Crore and Ten Lacs Only) Stock Options to the employees of the Company at a price of Rs. 6.64/- (being "the Market Price" as defined under the SEBI (ESOP and ESOS) Guideline, 2009) per Option. These Options shall vest after completion of 1 (one) year, in tranches, within a span of 5 (five) years from the date of grant, and can be exercised within 3 (three) years from the date of vesting. |
