- To consider and adopt the unaudited Financial Result for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations 2015, and as per the terms of code for conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from February 06, 2015 to February 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) for directors and designated employees as defined in the code. |
