Further to our Letter Ref. No. F:BSE/QPA/0172 dated 30th May, 2017 submitting the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2017, we wish to state that inadvertently the EPS figure in Sr. No. 16 of the Statement of the Results was erroneously calculated.
Accordingly, enclosed herewith is the corrected Statement of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2017 together with the Audit Report in Annexure-VII (without any Qualification) of the Statutory Auditors of the Company in respect of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2017.
