1. Change in designation of Mr. Surender Kumar to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2016. Mr. Surender Kumar will continue to be as Whole Time Director of the Company.
2. Change in terms of Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 i.e., ESOP Scheme 2013.
3. Authorized Mr. Nitin Gupta, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer under Regulation 30(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the purpose of determining the materiality of an event or information and for making the disclosures to the Stock Exchanges. |
