1. Ms. Deepa Reji Abraham has been appointed as an Additional Director. (Non-independent)
2. Ms. Subhashini Chandran has been appointed as an Additional Director (Independent).
Mr. C. P. Gopalkrishnan who has hitherto been Deputy Managing Director, CFO & Secretary has relinquished his responsibility as Company Secretary. However, he will continue to be Deputy Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. S. N. Balaji has been appointed as Company Secretary (designated as Senior Manager(Legal) & Secretary) effective from September 19, 2014. |
