| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat Gas Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from November 13, 2014 to November 20, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on November 20, 2014.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement, the Company is providing e-voting facility to its members in respect of business to be transacted at the AGM as below:

- E-Voting Start Date & Time : November 13, 2014 - 9.00 AM.
