| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/02/2017 17:53:09 | With reference to the earlier letter dated February 13, 2017, Star Ferro and Cement Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has received on February 21, 2017 the certified copy of the order dated February 07, 2017, passed by the Guwahati Bench of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of Star Ferro and Cement Limited ('Transferor Company') with Star Cement Limited ('Transferee Company').
Further, the Company and Star Cement Limited respectively have filed the copy of the aforesaid order vide INC-28 with the Registrar of Companies, Shillong on February 22, 2017.
Accordingly, the Scheme of Amalgamation is effective with effect from the Appointed date i.e., April 01, 2016. |
