| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/11/2016 11:42:53 | Kirloskar Brothers Ltd has submitted to BSE copies of the notice for the attention of equity shareholders of the Company in respect of transfer of equity shares of the Company to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Suspense Account, published on November 25, 2016 in the newspapers in accordance with Rule 6 of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016.
Further, in compliance with the said rule, the Company have also communicated to the concerned shareholders vide individual notices at their latest available address with the Company. |
