| Exchange Disseminated Time | Enam Securities Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Open Offer") has informed BSE regarding Open Offer ("Offer") for acquisition of up to 72,80,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each from the public shareholders of Cinemax India Limited ("Target Company") at a Price of Rs. 203.65 per Equity Share ("Offer Price"), representing 26% of the fully diluted voting equity share capital of the Target Company ("Voting Share Capital"), as of the 10th working day from the closure of the tendering period by Cine Hospitality Pvt Ltd ("Acquirer") and PVR Ltd, in its capacity as a person acting in concert with the Acquirer ("PAC") under Regulations 3(1) and 4 read with Regulations 13(1) and 15(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
