- Detailed memorandum on acquisition of stake in blue park sea Foods Pvt. Ltd along with valuation report was placed before the Board meeting for the consideration of the Board of Directors. The Board has discussed in detail all the issues related to valuation of the business, business model, scope of future growth in business, advantages of combining the existing business with the Seafood business etc. The board approved unanimously the proposal to acquire 15 % shareholding in Blue park sea foods Pvt. Ltd for a total consideration of Rs. 750 Lakhs. |
