- Mr. Bollina Chandra Subhash has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from February 13, 2016.
Further, Mr. N. V. Raghunath, CFO has resigned from the position of Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company vide his letter dated February 13, 2016 which has been received by the Company on the same date. Accordingly, he ceased to be Director and CFO of the Company w.e.f. February 13, 2016. |
