The 20th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the members of Reliance Defence and Engineering Limited ('the Company') will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at the registered office of the Company. A copy of the Notice of the AGM alongwith e-voting instruction slip is attached herewith.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 and all other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, August 16, 2017 to Tuesday, August 22, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
