| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/12/2015 08:29:02 | ALSTOM India Ltd has informed BSE that as required under Regulation 9 and 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the "Regulations"), the Board of Directors of the Company approved and adopted the following policies, which are effective from December 01, 2015:
1. Document Preservation and Archival Policy; and
2. Policy for Determination of Materiality of Event or Information.
The above policies have also been uploaded on the website of the Company.
Further, the Board of Directors of the Company authorised the Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to stock exchange(s) under the Regulations. |
