Further, as per "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" in Shares of the Company ("Code"), the trading windows will remain closed from May 18, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days Inclusive) in connection with the announcement of the audited financial results of the Company for quarter and year ending March 31, 2016 for Directors and other employees of the Company covered under the Code.
