| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange has sought clarification from Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd appeared in "The Economic Times" dated 18th December, 2014, captioned "Mahindra Partners in Talk to Buy Online Co BabyOye".
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd was requested to submit its clarification under the provisions of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement.
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd replied stating "This matter pertains to an unlisted subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited and not to the Company. As such, it would not be appropriate for us to comment on the same.
However, we would like to reiterate that as in the past, the Company would continue to inform stock exchanges about any price sensitive information before the same is made public." |
