1. The Registered Office of the Company is hereby changed from Flat No.301, 3rd Floor, Sahithi Arcade, Behind Police Station, S R Nagar, Hyderabad 500038 to Plot No. 29, Sri Srinivasa Puram Colony, Vanastalipuram, Hyderabad - 500070.
2. Reviewed the Operations of its 100% subsidiary company, considering the current company’s financial position and market conditions, the Board has decided to liquidate the investment in subsidiary to meet part of its obligations. |
